Mr.Guidry transformed Harvey Gulf from an inland and offshore towing vessel operator to the preferred provider of OSV, MPSV and FSV services in the deepwater and ultra-deepwater offshore oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico. This has included, among other innovations, leading the company to become the first owner and operator of LNG-powered OSV’s in the United States, as well as the first operator of a LNG bunkering facility in the U.S. Mr. Guidry is intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of the company including business development, M&A activity, client management, vessel design and sales and marketing.

Bob GwinnPresident


Mr. Gwinn joined Harvey Gulf in 1978 and was appointed President in 2008. His responsibilities include leading the Company’s sales and marketing effort as well as assisting with the administrative duties for the Company’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Gwinn is the prime contact for all of the oil and gas companies and drilling contractors desiring Harvey Gulf’s services to support their exploration and production needs. Mr. Gwinn maintains close contact with all major oil and gas companies and drilling contractors in order to monitor well activity and anticipate the related vessel demand of existing rigs, as well as potential new rigs that need to be placed into service. Since the sales and marketing team is the first point of contact with customers, Mr. Gwinn is intimately involved in determining whether Harvey Gulf can meet its customers’ demands with its existing fleet or if market demand is strong enough to justify further fleet expansion.

Ashton GuidryChief Operating Officer


Mr. Guidry’s journey at Harvey Gulf began in 2015, marking the fourth generation of his family’s dedication to our company. A Louisiana native, his deep-rooted commitment to Harvey Gulf is woven into the very fabric of our heritage. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the entire organization, which includes logistics, safety, purchasing, finance, personnel, vessel operations, and more, allowing him to gain a multifaceted perspective that sets him apart.

After serving as EVP of Maintenance and Dry Dock, Mr. Guidry now assumes the role of our Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Guidry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure minimal downtime while achieving operational excellence across the board.

Jeff HendersonExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer


Mr. Henderson joined Harvey Gulf in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. His duties include the day-to-day management of the finance, treasury and accounting functions, interaction and correspondence with analysts, bankers, and credit rating agencies, overseeing debt and equity transactions, and ultimate responsibility for the Company’s financial statements. Before joining the executive management team at Harvey Gulf, Mr. Henderson spent eight years with Deloitte and Touche, LLP in the New Orleans audit practice, during which time he served the Harvey Gulf account as well as a broad range of clients in the oil and gas industry.

Rob VosbeinExecutive Vice President and General Counsel


Mr. Vosbein graduated from the University of Arizona in 1992 earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Upon graduation, he moved to Kiev, Ukraine, where he worked as the Deputy Director for the Ukrainian Legal Foundation. Mr. Vosbein subsequently attended Tulane Law School, graduating Cum Laude in 1996 and receiving a Certificate of Specialization in Admiralty Law. Upon graduation, Mr. Vosbein joined the law firm Adams and Reese, LLP. Mr. Vosbein’s practice included maritime litigation and transactions and commercial litigation. At Adams and Reese, Mr. Vosbein served on the firm’s Recruiting Committee and later served as the firm’s Liaison Partner in charge of Associates. While practicing law at Adams and Reese, Mr. Vosbein also served on the firm’s Diversity Committee and taught Trial Advocacy at Tulane Law School. Mr. Vosbein joined Harvey Gulf in March, 2007. In addition to the traditional role of a General Counsel, Mr. Vosbein’s duties have included management of employee benefit plans, insurance procurement, human resources administration, marketing, and corporate, regulatory, and customer compliance.

Corby AutinExecutive Vice President, HSSE and Personnel


A Louisiana native Mr. Autin attended Loyola University in New Orleans. He has held various supervisory positions in the municipal service industry and the oil and gas industry. With over 27 years’ experience in oilfield/maritime QHSSE he has been successful in transforming the QHSSE Department by developing and implementing programs that focus on risk based analysis and employee incentives. In addition to his QHSSE duties he also manages Human Resources and Personnel for our operations group and vessels crews.

Eddie FalgoutExecutive Vice President, Logistics


A native of Louisiana, Mr. Falgout is fourth generation in the maritime industry. He joined Harvey Gulf in 2016 promoting Harvey Gulf’s shipyard in Gulfport, Mississippi before moving over to sales and marketing of Harvey Gulf’s state of their art fleet in support of all of the global major and supermajor oil and gas companies, drilling contractors to support their exploration and production needs.

Mr. Falgout had previously spent 12 years on the tug & fuel supply business prior to joining Harvey Gulf. After serving as Harvey Gulf EVP of Global Sales, Mr. Falgout now serves as EVP of Logistics and supports Harvey Gulf’s client’s day to day communications along with Harvey Gulf’s sales and logistics departments to best serve their client base. After studying at Tulane, Mr. Falgout spent ten years in football operations at the New Orleans Saints before beginning his professional career in the maritime industry.

Ed GallawayPresident, Harvey Gulf Subsea Solutions


Mr. Gallaway joined Harvey Gulf in 2020 to oversee the Company’s subsea operations, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the Subsea construction and IMR business. His career started with ROV’s, and he then moved into Management holding various leadership roles which include, Operations manager, Director, VP and President, overseeing all aspects of offshore construction, vessels and personnel. Prior to joining Harvey Gulf, Mr. Gallaway was Director of Gulf of Mexico Region for Subsea 7, where he ran the company’s IMR business, including related charters and engineering solutions. Prior to this, he spent 23 years at Oceaneering, working in various leadership roles focused within the subsea business and operations.


Prior to beginning his career in the oil and gas industry, he served in the U.S Navy and is a proud Navy Veteran.

Steve OlmosExecutive Vice President, Harvey Gulf Subsea Solutions


Mr. Olmos joined the Subsea division at Harvey Gulf June 2021, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. His wealth of knowledge in subsea operations brings a diverse and unique experience to the Company. In his current role, Mr. Olmos works intimately with the day-to-day operations of the Subsea division, overseeing and managing the installation of jumpers, umbilicals and all aspects of various decommissioning scopes. Prior to joining Harvey Gulf in 2021, he served as P&L Manager of Installation Projects at Oceaneering, overseeing installation of umbilicals, flexible pipe, rigid pipelines and jumpers as well as various decommissioning projects and remediation projects. Additional past leadership roles include P&L Manager of Diving, P&L Manager of IMR, Projects Group Manager, Project Manager and Diving Superintendent.

LaDawn Lauret-LounsburySenior Vice President, Business Development


Mrs. Lounsbury joined Harvey Gulf Subsea Solutions in 2020. LaDawn resides in Houston where she grew up in the Oil and Gas industry. She earned her degree in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University and is highly proficient in marketing, contract negotiation, and development of long-term client accounts. LaDawn has successfully cultivated relationships at all management levels with Operators, Contractors and key OEMs for subsea equipment and services throughout the Oil & Gas industry. LaDawn started her Sales & BD career at Helix Subsea Solutions in 2008 where she helped to expand the company’s client base while delivering numerous installation projects. In 2012, LaDawn was hired by Oceaneering as Sr Business Development Manager where she focused on expanding accounts with Installation, IMR and Diving clients. In 2017, LaDawn was hired by The Bayou Companies to help expand the company’s deepwater flow assurance coating business, which she did until starting her tenure at Harvey Gulf in 2020. LaDawn brings with her a wealth of experience in strategic pursuits of SURF projects, coordination of contract renewals, as well as pursuit of new client contracts. LaDawn is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic business partnerships and joint ventures.

Joey SiamwizaSenior Vice President, Information Technology


Mr. Siamiza joined Harvey Gulf in 2012. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Mr. Siamwiza manages the design, development, and implementation of Harvey Gulf’s organizational information systems, IT Infrastructure and support for Harvey Gulf’s offshore fleet of vessels and shore-based operations. Before joining Harvey Gulf, Mr. Siamwiza graduated from Tulane University’s School of Engineering in New Orleans and has worked in Information Technology as both an Engineer, Manager and other various roles for over the past 15 years.

Tommy SharpSenior Vice President, Supply Chain


A Louisiana native, Mr. Sharp has spent his entire professional career working in the Marine Industry. After studying at Lamar University and Louisiana State University, he spent 18 years working for Halter Marine, Inc. in various roles, including coordinating work package development for shipyards as a Production Control Manager and supervising vessel construction as a Project Manager. Later, Mr. Sharp joined the staff at Gulf Coast Shipyard Group, where he supervised project coordination and construction optimization of various vessels, including luxury yachts and offshore commercial vessels, such as LNG PSVs and inland tank barges.

In 2018, Mr. Sharp joined Harvey Gulf, bringing over thirty years of experience and expertise in project management, marine construction, and supply chain management. As the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Mr. Sharp oversees the purchasing and warehouse departments, including all aspects of procurement and inventory control of major equipment and spares in vessel support operations for the Harvey Gulf fleet in the US Gulf of Mexico and abroad, including Trinidad, Guyana, Mexico, Peru, and Nigeria.
